Three pounds of bone-in pork

Two tablespoons of dried marjoram

Salt and pepper according to your taste

Three tablespoons of caraway seed

Now that your ingredients are ready, let us look at the steps to follow in order to cook a Bohemian pork roast.

Before you start the cooking process, you need to make sure that you preheat the oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit or 165 degree Centigrade.

While your oven is getting ready, heat a roasting pan on medium heat until hot. Rub the salt, marjoram and pepper on the roast. Make sure that all the sides are equally brown while you roast it in a roasting pan. Sprinkle the caraway needs and pour water in such a quantity that it comes half away to the sides of the roast.

Once done, cover the roast and put it in the pre-heated oven. Then bake it for around one and a half hour or till an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees Centigrade) is reached in the roast. Then remove it from the oven and allow it to sit for around ten minutes before you start carving.
