Miranda Kerr Diet Review, Pros and cons

Miranda Kerr is Victoria’s Secret model who has recently revealed her diet and exercising habits to the public. She publically announced that she sticks to a diet about 80% of the time and the rest of the time she treats herself to anything she enjoys eating. Regardless, her strict diet and exercise regime has helped her secure a job as a Victoria’s Secret model and helped her create a great body shape. Some people might argue that Miranda is a bit too skinny.

Pros: Miranda mentioned in many different interviews that you can eat what you like and stay fit at the same time. She mentioned she does not starve herself like some people think, she eats very healthy food that she prepares herself, mostly vegetables. The diet is great for people who want to lose weight and need someone to act as their role model. Miranda’s diet definitely works.

Cons: People have criticized her diet because it is based on bloody type. In other words, the diet is tweaked to your blood type. Unfortunately, there is no scientific research to pack up these claims so many people do not want to try her diet.
